Meet Arturo

Before tattooing became my career, I was drawing professional portraits for family, friends, and clients while living in Italy. About a decade ago, I came to the UK, continuing to grow as an artist.

Black and Grey Realism is my absolute favourite! I love to create pieces with the most amount of detail and especially pieces which hold a deeper meaning for my clients. Portraits, Chicano Style and anything TV or Movie Based I find really interesting to tattoo.

When I am not working I like to keep myself active at home. I find working out helps me a lot. I also spend more time than I probably should researching designs, artwork, anything that I can find to help me improve as an artist!

The most enjoyable part of my job is finishing a big project and seeing the satisfaction on my client’s face. Knowing the time, preparation, and hard work I’ve put into both the design and the tattoo itself makes it incredibly rewarding.

The most meaningful pieces I have done was for one of my regular clients who unfortunately had a family member who had passed away. Although it was a difficult time for him, I could see that when the piece was finished it was something which meant a great deal to him. Moments like this will stay with me for a long time and are the reason I do what I do.
