Meet Dana

I always knew I wanted to tattoo and pursue a career in art. I studied art in college, and also managed a coffee shop to get some money together before diving into a tattoo apprenticeship as soon as I could. I can’t imagine doing anything else now!

I can turn my hand to most styles but my favourites are fineline, blackwork, illustrative. I love heavy blackwork but also love the dainty delicate stuff too, which might sound odd I know! I love the flexibility of making designs flow with the individual’s body.

I am for sure a homebody! I love horror films and blankets at home with my two cats. I also go to the gym nearly every day and love the confidence it gives me and getting to see my strength and progress over time.

I absolutely love the drawing element of it all! Being given an idea or concept from a client and then doing the designs for people and making it personal. I love having the freedom to give people exactly what they envisioned for their tattoo!

I have done one or two mastectomy tattoos for very special clients. The trust that they have to have chosen me as their artist for something with so much meaning is truly humbling. Helping someone heal from this and helping them reclaim their body from cancer also holds a special place in my heart so it’s an amazing experience for both me and the client!
