Ella joined the studio in January 2024 after coming through the Vivid Ink Apprenticeship program.
From the very start she expressed an interest in all things traditional and colour but also had a love for Fineline. Ella has since explored the world of neo traditional and has found that she loves this style. She has been pushing her colour work and has seen an increase in demand for neo trad work over her first year here.
She always puts the client first and will do the utmost to make sure they leave feeling happy with their new tattoo.

What’s your background before tattooing?
I worked with horses for about 6 years and then moved on to kitchen and bar work.
What styles of tattoo do you specialise in?
Mostly neo traditional colour and fineline.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Me and my partner have an indoor cat who likes to go for walks on her lead. So any sunny day we get we try and take her out.
What's the most enjoyable part of your job?
When you start to see the piece really come together. Especially when it’s a large or complicated tattoo. It’s really exciting.
What is the most meaningful tattoo you have done and why?
I’ve done a few Children’s drawings as tattoos. These always feel really special for me and it’s so rewarding when the client comes back saying how happy their child was. It’s such a nice feeling.
