Louis joined Vivid ink Sutton as a fresh-faced apprentice in August of 2021.
It quickly became apparent that Louis has real talent and thirst for the industry and quite often stays behind working for multiple hours after the studio closes.
Louis quickly graduated from apprentice to junior and now advanced artist, as his work shows the qualities and precision of those who have been in the industry for many years.
Louis quickly discovered that his passion lies within linework and in particular, illustrative styles of linework and will specialise in these styles going forward.
We can’t wait to see how he further progresses over the next 12 months.

I’ve tattooed many but one of them that stood out was was some baddest writing with an internal knot underneath and above was an outline of a lotus flower everything was very simple, but that lotus flower was an copy of the guys erne, he lost his 12 year old son a year before and inside one of the negative spaces of the lotus he then went on to get his suns ashes tattooed inside it.
