Magenta joined the studio in May of 2025 as a studio apprentice having previous experience in a different studio and has developed into a great all round artist in her time at Vivid Ink so far.
She loves to tattoo realistic gemstones, jewellery and traditional tattoos. Magenta is always keen to work and will tattoo a variation of styles to fit her clients’ needs. She is great at putting her clients at ease talking through her entire process to make sure her clients always leave with a smile.
Magenta's Q & A
Before I started tattooing I studied at Hereford College of Arts and graduated with a 2:1 in my illustration degree. I also studied at Newcastle Under Lyme College and graduated with a triple distinction star in my level 3 extended diploma in art and design as well as a merit in my foundation diploma.
I wouldn’t say I have a specific specialism however I love to tattoo realistic gemstones and jewellery and I also love traditional with my own little twist I’ve developed over the years.
When I’m not working I love going to the gym, playing video games, going to gigs and spending time with loved ones.
The most enjoyable thing about my job would be being able to meet so many amazing people and being able to tattoo a design they will love for a lifetime.
I’ve done so many meaningful tattoos it’s hard to single one out but being able to give someone their self confidence back and helping in their journey of self love has been fantastic.
