Sarah joined the Vivid Ink Walsall team in 2014 after previously being a long-term customer of the studio, Sarah is a true favourite of all staff and customers alike for her great personality, sense of humour and going the extra mile to get the job done.
Leading the studio from the front house, Sarah loves dealing with all enquires, whether over the phone or in person, so feel free to pop in for a chat about your next tattoo project.
Being a regular customer of Vivid Ink myself, it became aware that I had a lot of previous experience in different customer service roles. Then I got offered the opportunity to be front of house at the Walsall branch and haven’t looked back since. Now, since 2014, I have had the privilege to work with phenomenal artists and have made some great friends along the way. Its so great to be part of such an amazing team!
I love the atmosphere we have in the studio. With such a great group of artists and our wonderful clients, we have some crazy conversations and lots of laughs! It’s like one big family.
It’s hard to pinpoint one specific experience as there are so many great moments. Seeing the amazing reviews we get from our clients is definitely a great sense of achievement!
